It's been a week long celebration, and let me tell you... it's not over yet! The SW weekends celebration at Walt Disney World in Florida is happening real soon! Check out the print ads here. But for now, I'd like to dedicate this post to the Art of Star Wars and all the talented creatives (including fans) that made the film what it is today!
STAMPS: The USPS Star Wars stamps with renderings
so pretty I had to get a set for myself!
COSTUMES: It's simply amazing to see fans all geared up (imagine all the work gone into that) and with the L.A. Convention Centre as the backdrop, I feel as if I'm in the movie!
TOYS: This one, I don't know where to begin? Just wondering how big the merchandise department is is unfantomenaceable (no such word... yet, but you know what I mean.)
A pachinko version of the famous astromech droid.
This quite extensively done up diorama reminds me of the things I used to do as a kid with my smurfs and SW toys!
Ah the Star Tours ride diorama!
Some things seem to be pointing back to Disney. No? If I were a true Star Wars fan, I'd dedicate an entire blog to CIV. With the number of pictures I took, it could run for about three to four months... ha ha!
It's time to say good bye to Star Wars land and look towards the new frontier. See... I did it again. Star Wars is big... but (can't help it) Disney's way, way bigger. This concludes my posts on CIV, if you aren't a SW fan, sorry you had to go thru the recent updates. If you are interested in the 700+ photos I took, let me know. I'm itching to show more of my 1000+ Disney photos lah. ;p
May the imagination be with you!

Wow! A General Grievous costume! What... uh... imagination! Never thought i'd see one of those. Real smart. See, you can do almost anything, if you put your head to it, or under it, in this instance... Thanks for C4. May the creative force be with you...
YES!! Creative is the force for some of these costumes! That was more interesting than the toys I must say! Maybe one day, you'll be lured over to the costume-side. Once there, it's no turning back... no turning back... wait a minute, that sounds like a song!?
